Pool, good kitchen, pizza oven, estuary, magnificent beaches, family friendly camp ground a real special place ...

I stayed in a new cabin that had a queen bunk single on top a desk a couch sliding doors and a window it was perfect.slept well. Communal kitchen. Friendly couple helping the owner out aswell lots of trampers come through every day so you meet people all the time. Garden with herbs and a really good swimming pool showers are coin operated and 50c a minute i believe.tables and chairs outside with nice lighting at night and an awesome pizza oven. Just behind the local store and 2-5 min walk from the estuary where you can get pipis and fish. A great place if you are wanting to get away and relax. The surf beaches and doc camp is further up over the hill and great for fishing off the rocks as well.

Stayed one rainy night only but impressed by the hospitality shown and the willingness of the owner to go out of her way to assist a couple of sodden cyclists. Clean and tidy unit, very comfortable. Much appreciated.

Great little camp ground in lovely little Whananaki. Stayed a night with my partner & fur baby. There's good takeaways & a grocery shop. Relaxing with friendly vibes. The road in might be a bit narrow & windy but worth it. Beaut spot to chill, enjoy your stay travellers.

Stayed at this beautiful holiday park for my partners birthday over Easter weekend. The best part of this place was paying 50c to use the showers for 3 mins. I wish had that at home haha, beautiful mornings with a view, farm animals and a all organic garden, pizza oven, gas BBQ. Will definitely come back again! Five Stars

Loved it here, was able to stay with my doggo... clean and tidy, welcoming. Beautiful Estuary and longest foot bridge in the Southern hemisphere. I will be coming back.

Such a nice holiday spot. We had a motel Unit, for myself, mother and my daughter and we couldn't have been happier. So calm and relaxing, the pool was great and the playground was fantastic for my daughter. The two amazingly friendly goats also are a hit! Would absolutely recommend! Thanks team!

Great place for the kids 2nd camp trip! The grass area by estry was amazing! Bathrooms were always clean, pool was a great bonus and sites were very tidy and mostly flat which was great in the rain. Loved our 4 days there and will definitely be back.

Super nice place, as a female traveling on my own I felt super safe and would very happily go back. Family friendly, cool to see kids running around. Decently priced as well, place was clean and had good facilities.

We loved our family holiday here! Great amenities and facilities. The playground, pool and pizza oven are awesome. All shared areas like kitchen and bathrooms are clean and tidy. We used three campsites and a unit directly next to our sites which was perfect for us. Worth the trip across the footbridge or a drive to the other beach for the surf. We will definitely be back!

Nice place and beside the longest foot bridge in the Southern Hemisphere. Marshall made us, including our dog, feel welcome. Clean toilets and grounds. Lots of nice walks in the area.

Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of February. This is a lovely wee campground that let me bring my puppy with me to stay. the grounds are just delightful, although a tiny bit dry due to the lack of rain recently. The managers were very helpful and so so very welcoming of my and my dear wee pup. There was some kind of party happening and they were very respectful of my puppy too. I cant recommend this place enough and I will be back.

What a fantastic place!! We have just arrived home after a week here with 4 other families and it was exceptional. Fantastic location with so much to do and many more options near by. Craig and Paulette are very friendly and excellent hosts. Nothing was a problem, and they were always around to assist with any issues or queries we had. Really can't recommend this place enough. See you next year!!!

Throughly enjoyed our stay with our children and parents. Great weekend get away with lovely service, and great facilities. Neat family atmosphere. Loved our rooms and all the welcoming neat touches made to our rooms. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you.

A fantastic place for relaxation and fun for kids and adults. A very well run camp, good clean facilities and very helpful with any problems. Absolutely recommend this camp as one of the best.

Quiet and sheltered with beautiful trees and surroundings. Spotlessly clean. Great facilities and very friendly and helpful hostess. She was a mine of information on the area and we thoroughly enjoyed the walks and beaches she suggested.

Atmosphere among campers very friendly – great family camp – us oldies can have a quiet holiday at the same time. Staff friendly, helpful, hardworking. Facilities kept very clean and tidy. Great to see recycling being taken seriously.
